How to write good code

This IBM Developerworks article on "Six ways to write more comprehensible code," includes some good tips from a clearly experienced programmer. I especially liked nicely phrased gems such as:


  • Tip 3: Don't use variable names that will mock you.

  • Tip 4: Do error checking. You make errors. Yes, you.

Chillberry: My New Obsession

I love chillberry. What can I say? It's the dessert du jour for me, and at 25 calories per ounce, it's an awesome, fat free, low cal treat. Oddly enough, I discovered Chillberry vis a vis it's main competitor, Pinkberry; basically all the hype around Pinkberry (which is quite good in own it's own right, although a bit more citrusy to Chillberry's cheese-like flavor) led me to try chillberry when I was out for FroYo at "The Big Chill" (LA's best Frozen Yogurt). I haven't looked back since. Thanks Pinkberry, for leading me to Chillberry :)
